Chicago Parent magazine spoke to two City Day teachers for an article about how we approach the arts in our curriculum. Art teacher Sarah Young and music teacher Sylvia Myintoo discussed the skills that art projects build in students, and they talked about how art classes connect with other classes, like science and math.
