Kindergarten

Applications for Junior and Senior Kindergarten are accepted during the summer and fall months of the year preceding the child's anticipated entrance into school.

Children must be four-years-old by September 1 of the year they enter Junior Kindergarten or five-years-old by September 1 of the year they enter Senior Kindergarten.

When the School has received the completed application, a member of the Admissions Office will contact the applicant’s parents to schedule a private visit and tour of the campus.

Except in cases of extenuating circumstances, all kindergarten applications must be received by the School no later than December 1.

Each kindergarten applicant will be invited to meet with the kindergarten faculty. The Admissions Office will contact each family to schedule a January or February appointment.

Families are notified of the School's admissions decisions in March.

Need-based financial aid is available.

Grades 1–8

After the School has received the completed application, a member of the Admissions Office will contact the applicant’s parents to schedule a private visit and tour of the campus. Each applicant is invited to spend a full day at the School, participating in classes at his or her grade level.

Admission is determined after an evaluation by the Admissions Committee of the applicant's previous school records, performance on standardized tests, and the day-long visit to the School. The Admissions Committee also considers those special interests and aptitudes which will contribute to the life of the School.

Enrollment is contingent upon the availability of space in a grade.

Need-based financial aid is available.
