Entering students choose to study either French or Spanish. All classes meet four times each week. The curriculum focuses on developing proficiency with a goal towards fluency through speaking, listening, reading, and writing. An appreciation of the culture is an integral part of the program.

Sixth graders participate in week-long immersion experiences. Students studying French travel to Quebec; students studying Spanish visit Mexico.
